My order says it shipped, but there are not tracking updates.
Typically, this is an indication that your order is about to leave our facility and you will receive a notice within a few hours. Otherwise, it may be an indication that USPS neglected to scan the package and that it is en route to your local sorting facility, where it will be scanned and sorted, updating the tracking information.
Most of our packages arrive within 3 – 5 business days of being shipped, but occasionally USPS slows things down and it can take a couple of weeks. If your package has not arrived by two weeks from your ship date, let us know!
